We are excited to announce that the web version of DanceCuts launches on May 1st! This provides an easier to access, brand new way to edit your music — no downloads required!
With this update, we’re making adjustments to our pricing for all active and future subscriptions to keep up with new improvements and ensure we continue delivering the best experience for dancers and choreographers. Moving forward, there will be 3 pricing tiers:
Premium Monthly:
Increasing from $9.99 to $11.99/month
Premium Yearly:
Increasing from $99 to $119.99/year
Single-Use Mix Export:
New option to pay $9.99 per export
Our commitment to providing cutting-edge tools, expanded features, and a more flexible editing experience is stronger than ever. This pricing adjustment ensures we can continue improving DanceCuts while keeping pace with evolving technology and industry standards.
Additionally, DanceCuts will now offer a 7-day free trial of DanceCuts Premium when creating a new account. Existing users will be given a free 7-day trial upon signing into the app after May 1st.

Easy Access
For starters, you’ll no longer need to download a desktop app. Just open your web browser, log in, and edit music directly on our website!
More Compatibility
By moving to the web, DanceCuts will be accessible on Chromebooks—a feature many have been asking for.
Mobile Editing
This shift also brings us closer to editing mixes on your mobile device. We believe this will be the biggest and most exciting enhancement yet! (coming winter 2025)

Updated Pricing
With the new editor and a host of added features, we’re updating our pricing structure to better support the enhanced DanceCuts experience. You’ll get a 7-day free trial to explore everything we offer, along with one free export. After that, you can choose from two options: pay $9.99 per export or upgrade to Premium for just $11.99 per month, or save with an annual plan at $119.99/year.
Additional information that may answer some questions:
✅ If you have an active discount, your percentage will still apply to the new pricing (e.g., a 30% discount means $8.39/month instead of $11.99).
✅ The Web App will be available to all users starting May 1st.
✅ Your 7-day free trial starts when you log in to the Web Editor with your DanceCuts credentials.
✅ The free trial of DanceCuts Premium includes unlimited access to premium SFX, vocal remover, and unlimited cuts, imports and exports.
✅ The downloadable app will remain available until the end of 2025, after which it will no longer be supported.
❌ Free exports will no longer be included for users without a subscription or 7-day free trial.
🏷️If you’re an Early Bird subscriber at $4.99, your pricing stays the same.
Note: If you already have an account, your price will continue through the remainder of your billing period. It will then automatically renew at our new pricing.
